Dan Ressler opened MRI Naples recruiting office and developed AUTOMOTIVEHEADHUNTER.COM after having achieved a successful 18-year career in the Automotive
industry. Within two years of being recruited directly from college to
General Motors as a foreman/supervisor at their Hydra-matic transmission
component manufacturing division, he was promoted to a General Foreman
over four departments to further his experience and leadership in
manufacturing. After two more years he was given experience in the labor
relations department as a Labor Representative and sat through two local
contract negotiation sessions.
Having completed five years with General Motors, he was recruited at age
27 to be the Plant Manager for Wolverine Gasket Company (a 600-employee
metal stamping automotive manufacturing division of Eagle-Picher
Industries, which produced brake insulators, compressor gaskets, head
gasket materials and rubber coated steel for multiple automotive
applications) His career accelerated, accomplishing promotions to Vice
President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Sales and Manufacturing,
and eventually the President and CEO of this $100 million , 3 plant
division, after seven years. Eagle-Picher Industries (Wolverine’s parent
company) then promoted him to a Group Vice-President of their Automotive
manufacturing divisions ( 5 divisions) to promote their component and
manufacturing capabilities worldwide. His responsibilities included
direction of offices and operations in Japan, Korea, and Europe. He
negotiated joint-venture relations for the five Eagle-Picher Industries
Automotive divisions and was also responsible for multiple plant
manufacturing sites in the United States. He headed the Eagle-Picher
Automotive World Headquarters with 60 sales and marketing employees,
representing five divisions of Eagle-Picher for three years. He was then
recruited to President and COO of another $100 million Tier 1 metal
stamping supplier to the Big Three and Transplant Automotive Industry
before taking off on his on career motivation to be a professional
recruiting source dedicated to the Automotive Industry.

includes rubber molding, metal stamping, plastic injection molding,
machining, high volume assembly, and management responsibility at all
